COURSE DETAILS
The Race/Walk will begin on Gilmore Road out front of the Kinsmen Pool. It heads east along Gilmore and then proceeds north along the scenic Niagara Parkway, before looping around at Service Road 1. The course then continues south on Central Avenue, over the Central Avenue bridge at the 4k mark, and back to Gilmore Road finishing at the Kinsmen Pool. A fantastic course that takes participants through the Historic Downtown Bridgeburg Station District of Fort Erie.
AID STATION
Aid Station will be supplied with water and Gatorade. It will be located at the half way point just before the loop at Service Road 1.
RACE NUMBERS
Your race number must be worn at all times and must be on the front of your race jersey or singlet for identification purposes at the Finish Line.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Will be accepted until 3:00pm on Thursday, June 10th.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION & NUMBER PICKUP
Available from 8:00am-9:10am for the 1k Kids Run and 8:00am-9:50am for the 5k. All participants are encouraged to register online.
POST-RACE FOOD
All participants will be provided with plenty of food and beverage at the finish area. Change room facilities are available within 20 metres of the finish line.

9:15AM Kid's 1k Fun Run through Sugarbowl Park
9:30AM Energizer WarmUp class to get everyone stretching for the 5k.
9:45AM Pre-Race Ceremonies
9:50AM Registration closes for 5k.
10:00AM 5k Run/Walk begins
10:30AM Post Race Party begins in Sugarbowl Park (BBQ & Entertainment)
11:30AM Awards Presentations

Take QEW to Fort Erie.
Exit at Gilmore Road. Turn Left.
